(Dream Advisors) is currently looking for a Property Accountant, based in Amsterdam, to support the Finance Team.

Your understanding of property accounting is apparent through your clear written and verbal communication skills. We

What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss
those in person.
- Daily processing of purchase invoices into our real estate ERP system Yardi.
- Taking care of the total lease administration of all our tenants.
- Timely collection of all the outgoing invoices.
- Creating a weekly accounts receivable overview.
- Creating a weekly overview of all our cash balances.
- Support during the yearly service charge reconciliations for all our assets.
- Work closely with the junior financial controller regarding the daily operations.
- Support other departments, as required.
- Strong professional written and communication skills.

What Qualifications are we looking for?
- You bring with you a positive attitude and looking forward to bringing our finance team to a next level.
- You have a financial degree or relevant working experience so just understand how to read the general ledger.
- Strong organization and planning skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with Yardi is a nice to have.
- Exposure to, or experience in, real estate is an asset.
