Sales Development Representative
**What You'll Do
**
- Prospect and qualify warm leads from customer inquiries and demand generation marketing sources
- Contact and qualify prospects through a high volume of cold calls, emails, text messages and social media outreach to connect with prospective restaurant owners and operators
- Conduct high volume outreach of 100-200 dials per day via phone
- Prioritize and organize lead pipeline for maximum efficiency on a daily basis
- Ensure all sales activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Salesforce
- Understand and leverage product features, our Partners, Marketing, and others to ensure targets are met on a monthly basis
- Work as a team to deliver the best customer experience at all times
What You Bring Required:
- You have 1 year(s) of experience in a customer service role
- You have a track record of self-improvement, upward growth, and top performance with KPIs or quotas
- You are passionate about sales, the restaurant industry, SaaS and technology
- You are competitive, coachable, and motivated to exceed targets
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, coming into our Toronto office 3 days a week---Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Nice To Haves:
- You have a University or College degree
- You have Salesforce and/or Point of Sale experience
- You are bilingual Spanish/English
