We're seeking a mid-level Full Stack Developer with expertise to design, implement, and optimize software solutions that bridge IT and manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in digitizing production workflows, enabling real-time data visibility, and ensuring seamless integration between MES, ERP, and shop-floor systems. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement software for specific business needs. Build real-time data handling features supporting multiple simultaneous end points with low latency. Ensure code aligns with best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to validate functionality. Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software development and updates. Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product development, and QA) to deliver high-quality solutions.
Adapt to a fast-paced development environment, working both independently and within a team-oriented culture. Qualifications \& SkillsMinimum bachelor's degree in computer science.3-5 years experience in app development. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
Proficiency in languages like Python, SQL, Java, JS, CSS or others relevant to the field. Working knowledge of production monitoring software or MES (Shoplogix, Funnel Cloud etc.) would be an asset. Knowledge of various databases like Postgres DB, Influx DB, MySQL etc.,Familiarity with systems like Git for code management and Containers for deployment.
Ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions. Experience with Cloud computing like REST/ GraphQl API and Message brokers are nice to have. BenefitsCasual dress
