Required
- Handle user requests to integrate their applications into the cloud
- Apply the team's methods and processes to support and develop the platform and services
- Be responsible for ensuring that changes to ServiceNow (our IT services management system) are open, approved and documented before taking action
- Help develop and optimize procedures
- Help develop and implement objectives, solutions and action plans
- Analyze data, diagnose issues, make recommendations and draft relevant documentation
- Help with PI planning for your field of expertise
- Serve as a technology platform operations specialist

What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in DevOps (Gitflow, CI/CD)
- Proficiency in IaC practice
- Knowledge of the Agile approach
- Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of Git, Concourse, Terraform, Vault, Bash, Shell and Python
- Knowledge of ITSM processes (incident and change management)
- Knowledge of Docker
- Expertise with the Azure cloud platform
- Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Available 24/7 as an on-call advisor with pay
