Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Talent Partner, located in Surrey, BC. The Global Talent Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. This role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, and maintaining up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and candidate sourcing
- Strong interview and assessment skills
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams
- Competency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a global or multicultural recruitment environment is a plus
