We have an immediate full-time position for one Intermediate-to-Senior I.T. Consultant. Ideally you should have attained either a post-secondary education in IT or Microsoft Certification combined with 5 years of Network Administration and Customer Support experience. The successful applicant will have exceptional client handling and service skills and will be dispatched on a daily/weekly basis to a diverse set of clients' sites throughout Calgary and surrounding towns. The primary role is to advise businesses on how to best utilize their technology for their benefit.

Documentation and Reporting of clients' sites

Training and Support for clients' user base

Project Management including inventory, planned equipment replacement, and lifecycle management

Remote and Onsite Technical Support

Recommending technical products

Managing customer's site including inventory and lifecycle of network equipment
Required Skills:

Technical Expertise in multiple disciplines including network hardware i.e., firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi units, storage devices, servers, desktops, laptops, etc.

Problem-Solving skills in network hardware mentioned above as well as Operating Systems and Cloud account

Communication and Interpersonal Skills to present technical information to technical and non-technical audiences

Project Management of all assigned technical projects

Able to work with PSA and RMM systems to maintain diverse client sites
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Legally authorized to work in Canada. Fluent in English. Valid driver's license. Previous work experience in Information Technology. Microsoft certifications would be ideal.
