Salary scale 006: $95,900 to $119,900 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position).

Production Optimization: Coordinate weekly production planning to achieve customer service objectives, optimize capacities and inventories, and minimize costs for the cooperative.

Plan Updates: Supervise the updating of production plans for cheese, butter, and ingredients based on the availability of milk, cream, and strategic ingredients.

Strategic Management: Lead the Fat Management Committee and strategically enhance the dairy balance in collaboration with category teams (especially finance) and institutional affairs representatives.

Transport Coordination: Manage inter-plant liquid transport activities, including execution relationships with transport providers, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Planning: Build and balance the weekly master dairy plan in coordination with PLQ relations teams, production plants, and issue management.

Long-term Visibility: Develop and share long-term visibility on capacity status with operations, logistics, and sales, and propose supply chain optimization plans.

Inventory Management: Deploy and optimize inventory in collaboration with the logistics team to minimize losses and downgrades and share monthly financial results.

Indicator Supervision: Supervise key supply chain indicators and implement improvement plans.

Continuous Improvement: Actively support the cooperative's continuous improvement approach and maintain documentation on work methods.

Supply Review: Support supply review activities within the integrated business planning (IBP) process.

Technology and Tools: Determine technological needs and management tool improvements in collaboration with process improvement and information technology teams.

Team Development: Develop an engaged and high-performing team.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations and logistics management (GOL), or any other relevant university education.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management (experience in the food industry is an asset).

Minimum of 3 years of employee management experience.

Bilingual (French and English) to communicate with collaborators across Canada.

Experience with technological planning tools related to ERP systems.

Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills.

Excellente communication and change management skills.
