Assess skills, build succession plans, and implement employee growth initiatives.

Coach leaders to improve people management capabilities.

Design and lead learning and development programs.

Recruitment \& Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Train hiring managers on best practices, including JD creation, interviewing, and onboarding.

Optimize workflows for efficiency and retention (time-to-productivity, cost per hire).

Performance Management:

Oversee performance reviews and establish clear performance expectations.

Design and implement performance improvement plans as needed.

Collaborate with managers to ensure fairness and consistency in evaluations.

Compensation \& Benefits:

Manage benefits, payroll, salary benchmarking, and grant applications.

Design competitive compensation packages and provide recommendations for hires.

Employee Engagement:

Conduct quarterly pulse surveys, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:
-
2 years of HR/People Operations experience in a management role, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Gusto).

Proven experience managing recruitment campaigns from sourcing to onboarding.

Demonstrated ability to design and optimize HR processes, leveraging data for decision-making.

Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills---able to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.

Proven track record of building trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.

Comfortable navigating difficult conversations and providing direct feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, confidentiality, and tact.

Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and performance management frameworks.
