- Experience : 1-5 years of agency experience.

- Art Direction Background : Traditional art direction experience is a must; design background is ideal. Experience with XM is a plus.
- Presentation Skills : You can confidently and compellingly sell ideas to clients.
- Collaborative Spirit : You're a great collaborator and a valued member of the creative community.
- Culture Enthusiast : You have deep interests in sports, tech, music, television, and more.
