Responsibilities
- Implement and document Succession plan for all key functional areas.
- Create opportunities for Associates' growth through cross-pollination, training, talent identification, and reconfiguration of organizational design. Create individual employee development plans for each direct report.
- Play a defining role in developing meaningful propositions. Perform strategy work for servicing clients as direct revenue partners, inclusive of analytics and insights.
- Develop world class leadership team by attracting top talent at key positions.
- Establish high level connections inside key clients to identify Acosta as a value-added partner and service provider. Identify, research, and close at least one acquisition in adjacent space in the market.
- Grow business opportunities including surge and project business through closing white space opportunities and through ASAP.
- Achieve specified corporate Revenue and Operating Income goals as well as bonus income budget.
- Implement system for better knowledge of competitive changes and threats. Initiate behavioral change to a focused engagement against hybrid threat customers.
- Create improved retail technology designed to increase field efficiencies and client perception of systems. Also, Build store maps for retailers.
- Improve retail speed to shelf on new items from first ship to retailer.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years relevant management experience is required.

Excellent negotiator who is experienced in closing techniques and contracts.

Managerial experience, including training, development, and performance management.
