Job Description
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop powerful tools across the stack---from backend APIs to intuitive front-end interfaces.
- Shape foundational architecture to support a highly scalable, AI-enabled decarbonization platform.
- Work closely with product, design, and climate domain experts to deliver fast iterations that directly impact sustainability.
- Build and own end-to-end features that make AI-powered carbon reduction more accessible and actionable.
- Contribute best practices and mentor across a tight-knit engineering team focused on speed, impact, and learning.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack features in fast-moving SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with Node.js (Express), React (Vite), and MongoDB.
- Experience with backend development in Python (FastAPI).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and deploying scalable infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in dynamic startup settings.
- Growth mindset, team-first mentality, and genuine interest in climate impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
