Title: Project Manager
Location: Onsite 4x per week - Port Hope, ON
Hours: 40 hours - flexible working hours
Duration: 12 month contract ongoing extensions
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple small to medium-sized projects within a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects ranging from $250K to $5M, encompassing building services, process equipment, piping, instrumentation and control (I\&C), civil infrastructure, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Manage the overall execution of 4-8 small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead multi-discipline teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among team members.
- Project Controls: Oversee project controls including cost reporting, scheduling, and managing change orders.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and numerous stakeholders, including clients, safety (conventional/radiation), environmental, noise, and waste management teams.
Must Haves:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a related field such as
- 5 years of industry experience petro-chemical, nuclear, or processing industries
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil)
Nice to Haves:
- P.Eng
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Processing experience - piping, pumps, fans - core industrial experience
