Role Overview
As a WFG Agent, you'll serve as a trusted financial professional who helps individuals and families find the right protection, insurance, and financial strategies for their needs. You'll be part of a growing team that values independence, leadership, and impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized life insurance and financial solutions based on client needs
- Educate clients on financial literacy
- Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups and service
- Attend training and mentorship programs to stay current on financial products and strategies
- Optionally recruit and mentor new agents to build your own team
Qualifications
- No previous experience required --- we provide full training and licensing support
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Must be legally eligible to work in [Your Country]
- Be willing to go through licensing and acquire Life and Accidental insurance licenses; support and discounted licensing program offered
