Project Technologist/Project Coordinator Environmental Due Diligence \& Remediation Calgary, AB
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry.
A Day in the life of a Technologist at Pinchin:
- Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Conduct historical and regulatory research
- Prepare, review, and edit technical reports
- Complete field investigations related to the assessment of sites and the sampling of soil, groundwater and vapour
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Support project scope development and implementation
- Work in both self-lead and team environments
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions and other potentially involved stakeholders, including regulatory body representatives
- Begin to develop and maintain positive client relationships
What You Bring To The Pinchin Team
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering and/or Diploma in Environmental Science
- 1 to 5 years related experience
- Excellent writing, editing, technical and organizational skills along with the ability to problem solve
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Valid driver's license, insurance \& personal vehicle is required (work related travel expenses will be compensated)
- Availability to work outside of core business hours
