This established GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors, are seeking their Senior Superintendent with a background in overseeing ICI construction projects in the $20M-$100M range.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of junior Superintendents
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects involving ICI construction
- Maintain strict documentation
- Oversee the tradespeople
- Responsibility for planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to your team of Superintendents
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Senior Site Superintendent, with a proven track record of overseeing ICI construction projects in the $20M-$100M range
- Proven documentation skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
