We are looking for a dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This operational role involves supervising team member activities and maintaining high standards in people management, hospitality, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, treating team members and guests with respect.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in recruitment and retention.
- Provide ongoing direction and ensure a fun, goal-driven environment.
- Train, orient, and monitor new team members.
- Ensure optimal team member coverage and maintain service levels.
- Address guest concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with Tim Hortons operating standards and legislation.
- Oversee cash procedures, product stocking, and shift documentation.
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed, reporting incidents as needed.
- Support operational efficiency and drive sales during shifts.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years' of full-service restaurant management
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
