Regional Merchandising Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage merchandising teams across multiple locations to ensure consistency in product display
Adhere to visual merchandising directives that are set out for each locations according to a planogram
Train and support staff on best practices for product presentation and store relationship building
Conduct site visits to assess merchandising standards and provide constructive feedback..

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the horticultural industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail.
Passion for strong customer service
