Responsible for developing trusting relationships with Key accounts and growing those relationships to ensure maximum share of glaucoma and dry eye portfolio

Developing account specific strategies in accordance with AbbVie's guidelines and values

Collaborating with the AbbVie's Medical team and AbbVie Institute's Clinical Specialist in the field to optimize product knowledge and business training acumen

Develop comprehensive and strategic business plans in order to increase market share in the glaucoma and dry eye product portfolio

Conduct regular sales reviews of business territory performance externally and internally

Execute national marketing programs collaborating with internal cross-functional teams

Identify new collaboration \& growth opportunities within existing Key Accounts, as well as identify new Key Accounts

Proficiently manage overall budget \& resource allocation for the territory

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science or equivalent, or MBA combination of experience and education required

A minimum of 3 years of Sales and/or marketing/or head office operational experience

Key Account Management experience valued

Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales is required

A thorough understanding of the institutional/ Key Account healthcare sector preferred

Demonstrated track record of achieving and/or exceeding business results
