- Analyzing foreign academic documents to assess their authenticity along with ensuring Canadian equivalences
- Creating and/or editing original, published content and materials
- Implementing plans and process improvements for program activities
- Ensuring procedures and guidelines are followed and handling sensitive/confidential information
- Resolving service complaints
- Developing content for instructional workshops
- Collating and organizing data for various reports, including identifying data discrepancies
Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Minimum three (3) years' front-line experience, preferably in a medical school or teaching hospital.

Demonstrated experience with student services and program administration.

Experience processing documentation for international learners, including work permits.

Experience collecting and maintaining data and generating reports.

Experience developing content for instructional workshops.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, video conferencing platforms (Zoom) and student information systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written

Strong customer service orientation, including the ability to resolve complaints.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while responding to urgent and unexpected situations

Ability to work consistently with meticulous attention to detail

Ability to function well in a team environment under minimal supervision
