About You
You're a storyteller at heart---someone who can turn everyday moments into meaningful content.You love writing and have a strong sense of voice, tone, and timing. You're visually driven and have an eye for detail, aesthetics, and what makes content click. You're organized, self-motivated, and love bringing ideas to life. You are proficient and have hands on experience in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and the tools that power them (InShot, CapCut, Edits, Canva, etc.)
Your Capabilities \& Qualifications:
- Ability to craft engaging and shareable content
- Proficiency with video editing (utilizing platforms such as InShot, CapCut, Edits, etc)
- Independent and well organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable in a team-oriented environment
- Strong Design Eye and Attention to Detail
- Copywriting Abilities
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools (ShopMy, Later, etc)
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 1 years of experience with influencer marketing and content development
About the Role
We're looking for a full time Social Media Coordinator to join our team in the Toronto office. Reporting to the Marketing Specialist, this role will implement the execution of Pehr's social media and partnerships efforts across owned channels and within integrated campaigns with the goal of driving brand equity, awareness, and sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating memorable content (Including Filming, Editing and Creating Videos, Posts, Stories \& Reels) to help us achieve our social media goals
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan brand building social content that drives high engagement across all channels
- Monitor analytics of social platforms and identify opportunities for improvements
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and apply learnings to improve content performance and audience engagement.
- Act as community manager ensuring timely responses to all inquiries
Location \& Work Environment
- We believe in the power of collaboration, which is why we operate in a hybrid work environment. Our team works in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at our beautiful studio in central Toronto (Annex/Yorkville), with flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
