Automation Tester (Contract Position)
Number of Positions: Duration: 12 months
Location: Toronto, ON ,CA
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Hybrid position for now 3d/w onsite mandatory, may change to fully onsite, no exceptions
This role requires strong payments experience.
Must have skills/qualifications/experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
7+ years of experience as tester with 5 to 6 Years of Automation experience.
Ability to act individually and as a team member in resolving problems and completing projects.
Ability to write Automation Strategy Docs.
SQL experience (ability to write SQL queries to prepare test data and validate results in the database) , Should be able to create complex queries and read stored procedures.
Fulfilling Quality Assurance/Test roles throughout a full product life cycle including experience in test reviews etc.
Experience reporting status/progress consistently to management.
Excellent communication and team player and Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations.
Experience in testing several UI based complex applications that works with several upstream and downstream systems.
Experience in automation tools like UFT, Selenium.
Able to learn new tools/Frameworks in quick time.
Experience in manual and automation testing web applications and web Services, Well versed with client side and server side technologies.
