Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a prominent public-sector organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide expert consultation, conduct detailed economic and financial modelling, and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support long-term fiscal sustainability and policy innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex financial and policy analysis to support strategic initiatives and public investments.
- Build and review specialized financial models related to loans, investments, and risk assessments.
- Conduct economic and business case analysis to support fiscal planning, budget decisions, and large-scale projects.
- Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership, including briefings and risk reviews.
- Manage inter-governmental and external negotiations, representing the organization on key financial matters.
- Offer financial and policy due diligence for proposals, contracts, and strategic transactions.
- Ensure alignment of policy and financial frameworks with long-term organizational and sector goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and lead stakeholder consultations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Public Policy (MBA, CPA, CFA, MA in Economics preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic finance, public policy, or government advisory.
- Strong command of public finance, infrastructure procurement, project finance , and financial modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of government decision-making processes, legislation, and policy frameworks.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information to executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Experience working on projects involving significant financial risk, inter-ministry coordination , or public-private partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
