Job Description: Responsibilities

Execute supply planning strategies in line with business objectives
Manage the flow of materials through the supply chain network by coordinating transportation and warehousing services
Oversee inventory levels to maintain an optimal balance between supply and demand, while avoiding stock piling or shortages
Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in supply chain operations
Manage the distribution network, including third party logistics, and foster relationships with stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers by managing transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Collaborate with internal departments such as manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing for smooth coordination across the organization
Build and lead a skilled supply chain team, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities
Incorporate sustainability and ethical considerations in supply chain decisions
Evaluate and implement technology solutions like supply chain management software, data analytics tools, and automation to enhance visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a supply chain management role or similar
Proficient knowledge in buying processes and customer service
Extensive understanding of global supply chain dynamics
Experience working in a warehouse environment, including familiarity with warehouse distribution, equipment, inventory, and management
Ability to perform various warehouse duties as required
Knowledge and experience in robotics, including robotic process and systems
Strong strategic analysis skills with the ability to provide strategic insights
Proven experience in setting strategic goals and objectives
Advanced skills in strategic planning and implementation
