Job Duties:
- Create and implement policies and procedures for department or business operations
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure necessary materials and supplies
- Hire, manage, and train staff
- Create and manage employee work schedules
- Coordinate with clients regarding facility use for events like conventions, banquets, and receptions
- Address and resolve customer complaints
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2\~3 years of experience in accommodation industry
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
