Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital \& Creative Marketing Manager to oversee our digital and creative initiatives. This key role involves managing our web properties, driving digital campaign performance, and optimizing our online presence. The successful candidate will also act as an expert in best practices, supporting internal teams (Branding and E-commerce) in the creation of high-performing digital assets aligned with growth objectives.
We're looking for someone who can bring a strong digital vision , collaborate across departments, and act as a true driver of digital innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all company web properties and manage digital media buying initiatives (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Optimize website content to improve organic search (SEO), overall performance, and support site redesign efforts.
- Define and lead email marketing and content marketing strategies.
- Support Brand Managers in the development of creative digital assets (banners, videos, visuals).
- Advise the E-commerce Manager on SEO strategy, enriched content (A Content), and optimize content across sales platforms (banners, product pages, third-party sites, etc.).
- Lead the creative development of ad visuals, social media content, videos, and other digital assets, in collaboration with internal teams or external partners.
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals and tone across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with designers, motion graphic artists, video producers, or external agencies as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of web environments, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Proven track record managing digital campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and handling ad budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in digital creative development: branding, ad creation, engaging content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (French / English) is a strong asset.
- Experience in omnichannel or D2C environments.
- Bonus: Experience in the OTC, natural health, or consumer goods industries.
