As a Email \& Social Media Marketing Manager on our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing Vention's targeted outreach through social media and email marketing initiatives. Using tools like HubSpot, you will execute campaigns, analyze engagement, and refine strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone who is a strong writer, creative, data-driven, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of social media trends, email automation, and audience engagement strategies. This role requires reading product briefs and understanding how to do persona-based message targeting. Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring strong engagement and conversion rates.

Develop customer segmentation strategies to personalize email content and drive meaningful interactions.

Craft compelling email copy, working closely with designers to create visually engaging templates.

A/B test subject lines, layouts, and messaging to continuously improve open and click-through rates.

Maintain email list health, ensuring deliverability and compliance with best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Social Media Management

Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies to drive engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.

Create, schedule, and publish high-impact content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to refine content strategies.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions.

Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets, GIFs, and short-form videos for social campaigns.

Track and analyze key performance metrics across social media and email marketing efforts.
