Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests (customer service and building loyalty) by analyzing customer needs, understanding and identifying risks and needs, and advising on the best coverage available. Explain coverages in a simplified manner.
- Work on renewals and make any necessary changes.
- Respond to various requests from insurers.
- Responsible for entering necessary notes and comments in the customer file.
- Responsible for payment arrangements and follow-up.
- Ensure excellent service and maintain good customer relations.
- Enter information into computerized databases.
- Ensure receipt of various documents.
- Accompany customers in the event of a claim.
- Demonstrates cooperation and courtesy in working with others.
- Performs work independently, very good organizational skills, outgoing and dynamic personality - comfortable in a customer service-oriented role.
Work Environment: On-site during training/learning, after which possibility of hybrid (with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office).
Compensation: Competitive performance-based commission compensation.
Objective: The objective of this position is to respond to requests for quotes and insurance changes from existing and new damage insurance prospects, and to support the office team.
