Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including compliance with deliverability standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, DMARC, DKIM, SPF)

Working knowledge in audience segmentation and leveraging dynamic content for personalized messaging

Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies including targeted display advertising and use of intent signals for campaign optimization

Experience building and optimizing automated workflows for lifecycle marketing (e.g., onboarding, lead nurturing, retention)

Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, including key KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.)
