About the Company - Beyond International Management, a business immigration subsidiary of a US Inc 5000 company, is on a mission to become a leading solution provider in North America Business/Investment based Immigration. Built on its success in US, it is looking for a business development leader to expand its immigration operation to Canada.
About the Role - The ideal candidate will directly report to the partners of the company and spearhead the Canadian business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Expansion: Spearhead efforts to refine and expand our firm's reach across Canada, developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Project Partnership Maintenance and Expansion: Maintain and expand the relationship of companies' Business Immigration Project and Legal partners.
- Local and Online Sales Strategy: Craft and implement Canadian Immigration sales strategies to generate revenue and enhance market presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our US and China based immigration project, marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach in targeting and securing potential immigration candidates.
- Immigrant Engagement: Lead the sales team in creating seamless processes for prospecting, contacting, and engaging potential business immigrants. Address their concerns and queries promptly to secure deals and ensure exceptional investor satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong desire and proven track record to build a successful Canadian consulting business team.
- A Self-starter with a competitive drive and initiative.
- Familiar with Canadian Business Immigration, especially Start-Up Visa.
- At least 3 years in Canadian immigration consultancy.
- Understand US employment-based immigration and visa like H1-B, L-1, E-2, EB1, EB2/NIW, EB3, EB5,etc.
- Experience in Canada or US advanced education system is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with investors and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of venture capital, private equity and alternative investments preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- This position requires working from our Mississauga office.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required

Compensation - The compensation is heavily performance driven with a base salary range of CAD 70K - 150K depending on experience + performance based bonus.
