As an SAP Plant Maintenance Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and support of our SAP system. You will leverage your expertise PM (Plant Maintenance), ETM (Equipment and Tools Management) and in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), to provide strategic and operational support to ensure the effective and efficient use of SAP functionality in our business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the implementation and configuration of SAP modules (PM, ETM \& SD) to meet business requirements.
- Design and document functional specifications, business processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications systems.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and industry best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop solutions to address business needs.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP PM, ETM \& SD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP data, functionality and configuration.
- Develop and deliver training material and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configuration, processes and procedures.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and support for ongoing system usage.
- Lead and manage SAP-related work items projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Thorough understanding of the PM transaction suite, processes and data objects related to equipment maintenance, notifications, work orders, and service-related tasks such as maintenance plans, inventory and costing of spare parts.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or SME, with expertise in PM, ETM and ideal candidate would have knowledge of the SD module also.
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, configuration, and key integration with FI/CO and MM Modules.
- Proven experience in SAP PM and its related transactions, implementation, customization, and support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is considered an asset.
