What You'll Do:
- Identify client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Sell home, auto, and/or commercial insurance policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prospect for new business through referrals and networking
Who We're Looking For:
- Licensed (RIBO, LLQP, or equivalent) -- If unlicensed, must obtain prior to hire
- Sales-Driven \& Self-Motivated -- Past sales experience is a plus
- Excellent Communication Skills -- You enjoy helping people and closing deals
- Goal-Oriented -- You thrive in a performance-based environment
Compensation \& Benefits:
- Option 1: Commission-Only (Earn up to 50-65% of commissions on new business and up to 40-50% of commissions on renewals)
- Option 2: $30,000 Base Salary + Reduced Commissions (Earn 40-50% of commissions on new business and up to 15-25% of commissions on renewals)

Experience:
