Senior Designer - Hybrid (Regina or Saskatoon)
Salary Range: $65,620.21 - $78,720.72 per year

We're seeking a skilled Senior Designer to help shape how CAA Saskatchewan and WestWorld Tours present themselves every day. You'll be a creative lead producing polished, on-brand visuals that support our work in travel, insurance, membership, and more.
You'll be part of a close-knit marketing team, including content specialists, coordinators, and agency partners, and report directly to the Integrated Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality, error-free assets and enjoys bringing campaigns to life across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual design for CAA Saskatchewan and WestWorld Tours, creating engaging digital and traditional marketing materials including ads, brochures, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across digital, print, and environmental materials.
- Develop reusable templates and branded fillable forms to streamline internal processes.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing deadlines with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with writers, marketing coordinators, and external partners to deliver aligned creative.
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify needs and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies to support campaign production.
- Review all assets for accuracy and polished execution before release.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5 years of brand or marketing design experience, ideally in an agency or multi-service environment where you've managed projects across diverse business lines
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform work and branded systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with Canva and creating fillable PDFs a plus
- Solid understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout
- Clear communicator who can explain design ideas to non-designers
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to error-free work
- Creative problem-solver who works well independently and collaboratively
- Resident in Saskatchewan or willing to relocate by agreed upon start date
