Qualifications
- 5 years of proven Sales Management experience - Industrial / Commercial / Construction sales experience
- Track record of success: Leading \& coaching sales teams, developing sales processes, and building playbooks
- Leadership skills \& ability to develop a sales team
- Drive \& Energy: Hungry, aggressive, and motivated to build a team
- Construction customer base experience preferred
