Join the Ecology Action Centre Board!
The Ecology Action Centre is looking for board members. Board members keep the institutional lights on at the EAC and help shape the direction of the organization.
The EAC has a 50 year history of protecting Nova Scotia's lands, waters, climate, and communities. The EAC's spirit matches its home province -- scrappy, creative, and always punching above its weight. Come join the board and help us set a sustainable path for the next 50 years. You can make a difference along with our kind, caring and compassionate team.

The EAC is committed to diversity in every way. We want to look like Nova Scotia and the communities we care about. Right now, our board is less diverse than our staff and less diverse than Nova Scotia as a whole. We want to change that while establishing effective long-lasting relationships with communities that we could serve better. We encourage applications from the African Nova Scotian community, and Indigenous people. We encourage all applicants to highlight their diverse life experience and how it could contribute to the EAC's work at the board.
