++Responsibilities:++
- Partner with traders, technology teams, and product leads to gather and document business and functional requirements related to front-office trading and OMS workflows.
- Conduct current state analysis of trading workflows, identify pain points and gaps, and propose improvements or redesigns to meet business goals.
- Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and mockups where needed to support development.
- Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization activities; help maintain structured books of work and roadmaps.
- Collaborate on the evaluation and decommissioning of multiple OMS platforms, including high-level migration planning.
- Work with QA and development teams through the full SDLC to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Support release planning, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
- Assist in crafting user guides, training materials, demos, and client communications as needed.
- Serve as a domain expert in OMS functionality and capital markets workflows.
- Design solutions such that the technology can extend and be complimentary to the firm's other product offerings.
- Align product vision with firm's principals and long term objectives. Clearly translate this linkage to the sales team and externally as appropriate.
- Lead the direct communications to internal and clients on new release items.
- Draft reference materials and work with Marketing on branding and distribution.
- Continuously train the internal teams on detailed functions, features and logic.
