Senior Analytics Engineer

About the Role

Own and evolve our analytics stack (BigQuery, dbt, Looker, Fivetran)
Partner closely with operations to understand our processes and how to reflect them into an optimized data model and dashboards
Define and enforce standards for data quality, documentation, and metric definitions
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executives to deliver actionable insights
Drive automation and process improvement in tools across the business that rely on our data infrastructure
Lead a small team of data analysts

What You Bring

5 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence
Advanced SQL and dbt skills; deep experience modeling data in cloud warehouses
Experience with BI tools (we use Looker)
Comfort with Python for scripting and light API data extraction
Experience leading projects or mentoring teammates
A pragmatic, systems-thinking mindset and interest in operations and business process improvement
You'll be GoBolt's lead for analytics engineering, with a high degree of ownership
You'll work on problems that matter --- from delivery optimization to warehouse insights
You'll have real influence in how we scale our stack and our team
