- Be responsible to enhance and extend features of Summit HUB application
- While most of the work is on Summit Framework, C and python, the person is expected to be flexible w.r.t technology
- The role involves analysing BRDs and creating technical design document, create unit test cases, and perform unit tests
- The role requires active communication with IT, Business, and ITID stakeholders in Pune, London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Toronto
- The person is expected to be flexible in terms of project allocation, contribute to tooling and DevOps transformation of the application and actively provide cover and helping hands to the production support team in Toronto
What Your Day will Look Like

Deal with business users and successfully eliciting detailed information from them under pressured circumstances

A high degree of project responsibility. The ability to own projects and see it through from inception to close

Identifies problems and help implementing technical solutions to fix them

Ability to understand challenges and deliver on the application upgrade

Provide business and production support during AMER hours

Should work within defined timelines and meet quality goals

Understand user queries/issues, analyse it and provide resolution

Collaborate with wider global teams and communicate seamlessly with IT and Business/Ops stakeholders

Self-Starter, proactively work closely with global team members located across Paris, Hong Kong and India.

Ability and prior experience in mentoring junior team mates on technical issues and deliveries.
