Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Reporting Analyst to temporarily backfill a technical resource on leave in HR for anywhere up to 6 months. This role will focus on data reporting and stakeholder support, ensuring continuity in reporting requests and analytics functions.
Key Responsibilities:Leverage Workday reporting software for reports. Manage and respond to ad-hoc Workday reporting inquiries via the People Analytics inbox across all four brands. Meet with hiring managers to gather details on day-to-day responsibilities.
Ensure meticulous communication and guest service. Meet SLA (Service Level Agreements) and prioritize requests. Prepare standard and routine reports to support business needs.
Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new reporting functionality.
