Programming Assistant, Bell Media

Responsibilities

Screen programming for content which includes screening for violence, language and nudity to ensure the programs can air in its scheduled timeslot
Liaising with Operations and Programming on creating program versions
Monitor schedule changes to ensure CTV Drama, CTV Comedy, CTV Sci-Fi, Much, and the rest of our Entertainment Specialty channels programming can air in its scheduled timeslot
Assign AGVOT ratings and disclaimers in our scheduling system
Responsible for Set-Top Box disclaimer and AGVOT reporting
Provide Digital with content clips on select programming
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in IBMS an asset
Post-secondary degree or diploma, in television or media or a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
Must be have a keen attention to detail
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel and Word)
Ability to work well under pressure, possess excellent time management skills, be a self-starter, multi-task and meet assigned deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
