Lycopodiumis currently recruiting for an Accounting Officer to join our growing Finance team in Mississauga on a 12 month contract.
Reporting to the Finance Lead - Americas the Accounting Officer will be responsible for performing the end-to-end accounts receivable and payable processes and associated tasks in a timely and accurate manner for the assigned projects.
The tasks you'll perform
- Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Ensure all invoices and payments are issued in line with Company, Client and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
The expertise you'll bring
- 3-5 years experience directly related to Accounts Payable and Receivable preferably in a engineering consultancy multinational company
- College diploma in accounting or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution is an asset.
- Sound knowledge of sub ledgers
- Working experience with SAP S4HANA is preferred.
