We are looking for a Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator.
This person will be working with the Sales Manager and the owner of the Winery The right person for this role has a great personality, an event planning background, and someone with a background from the Drink/Wine/Alcohol Industry would be an asset.
Events that they would be working on would be Farmers Markets, Club events, Tournaments, Product Promotions and trade shows, They will be showcasing the brand and all the products at these events.
Efficiently manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Plan and coordinate high-level events, offsites, and internal meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and slide decks with a high degree of accuracy and visual clarity.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for services, contracts, and deliveries, maintaining professional relationships and service quality.
- Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables to support smooth project execution and accountability.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, supporting C-level executives in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Anticipate executive needs proactively and resolve scheduling or operational conflicts with minimal supervision.
