Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Chinese-English) Financial Analyst to support internal financial operations. This role focuses on preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciling financial records across US and Canadian operations.
This is not a tax accountant role. The analyst will support audit and tax preparation documentation but will not be responsible for tax filing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (US \& CA)
- Conduct reconciliation of financial records and accounts
- Assist with annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and report on cash flow trends and variances
- Use and maintain QuickBooks for financial tracking
- Support internal and external audits and provide documents for tax teams
- Communicate clearly with Chinese-speaking team members
- Ensure accuracy of financial data
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis
- Strong command of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of financial statements and cash flow management
- Familiarity with US and Canadian financial practices
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
