You are able to conduct primary and secondary user research. Conducting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative research, including interviews with research participants to gather insights and data regarding user experiences. Planning and implementing user research strategies and methodologies.
Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations. Perform usability tests with consumers. Qualifications:Experience: 5 years of hands-on UX ResearchExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Up to date with the latest modern design thinking practices, artifacts, and principles
Expert practical knowledge of User-Centered Design principlesA solid foundation in typography, layout and design
Deep understanding of design patterns along with the openness and curiosity to be proven wrong by data
Solid track record of shipping amazing customer experiences, with elegant and simple UX UI that delivers business results.Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, creative and strategic mind and execution tactics, and continually improving on the status quo.
