Senior Implementation \& Customer Success Project Manager
Our large enterprise client is looking for a Senior Implementation \& Customer Success Project Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.
Must-Haves:

6 years Project management experience working with enterprise software solutions

Experience in enterprise software implementations and system integrations

Experience in at least two of the following areas:

Project Management

Project Controls
-
Procurement and Subcontracting

Major Construction Projects

Construction Management
-
Accounting \& Finance
-
Previous experience in a customer /client focused role
Nice to Haves:
- Ability to design solution diagrams involving system and data integrations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, services, finance, and customers)
- Ability to manage long and complex implementation projects (6--18 months)
- Ability to quickly understand diverse business processes across industries
