EnoLight is a leading Canadian manufacturer of modern lighting solutions, specializing in innovative LED fixtures for residential and commercial applications. We are growing our team and looking for a skilled, hands-on LED Fabrication \& Soldering Specialist to join our warehouse operation. This key role focuses on precisely fabricating linear lights and expert hand-soldering work.
Responsibilities
- Hand solder LED strips, wiring, and control components with precision and reliability.
- Assemble linear LED light fixtures and cut aluminum channels using mitre and table saws.
- Test, troubleshoot, and verify the functionality of LED assemblies.
- Perform on-site installation and maintenance of lighting systems when required.
- Communicate with customers to explain installations, present product options, provide guidance, and collect payments.
- Handle customer interactions professionally both at the warehouse and on job sites.
- Read and follow detailed assembly and installation instructions.
- Install and maintain basic electrical control circuits for LED lighting.
- Keep the warehouse organized and track inventory of LED components and materials.
- Pack, lift, and prepare deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or education in hand soldering, electronics, or electrical work.
- Strong skills in clean, precise soldering on LED strips and PCB boards.
- Ability to safely operate basic fabrication tools (mitre saw, table saw).
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain products clearly.
- Intermediate computer skills for inventory and basic documentation.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for occasional job site visits).

Interview Preparation
Candidates will be asked to perform a practical soldering test during the interview, demonstrating quick and precise soldering of LED strip PCBs with a clean finish.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
