Shipping \& Logistics Manager

Müller Expo Services International is seeking an experienced Shipping \& Logistics Manager to join our growing Calgary team. We specialize in international trade show logistics and exhibit transportation, and we're looking for a driven individual to help manage the increasing volume of freight movement across Canada,United States and Globally.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will oversee all shipping and logistics operations related to our projects. You will be responsible for quoting jobs with external freight suppliers, coordinating multiple shipments at once, and ensuring all shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage domestic and international freight shipments
- Obtain quotes and book freight with third-party suppliers
- Oversee customs clearance processes for cross-border shipments
- Track all shipments and communicate status updates to internal teams
- Organize logistics from start to finish for each project
- Maintain accurate records and shipping documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a shipping/logistics role
- Proven track record of managing freight across Canada and the US
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shipments simultaneously
- Experience working with freight forwarding companies and third-party logistics providers
- Must be based in or willing to work full-time from our Calgary office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
