We are extending a selective invitation to experienced lawyers in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Administration to join our growing national network of professional partners.
This is a professional partnership opportunity, not an employment or agency relationship.
Qualified lawyers will maintain full independence while providing essential estate services to our established member clientele.
Scope of Services:
Core Engagement:
- Affidavit of Execution and Notarization Services for client Wills:
- $80 per Single Will package (including Affidavit of Execution)
- $160 per Couple Will package (including two Affidavits of Execution)
Expanded Professional Opportunities:
Additional services may be required by clients and are separately billable at fair market legal rates, including:
- Estate Administration Assistance (Executor guidance and estate settlement)
- Probate Applications (with or without an existing Will)
- Living Trust Structuring (revocable and irrevocable)
- Estate Litigation Support (including Will challenges and claims)
- General Advisory Services (succession planning, guardianship, incapacity matters)
Lawyers retain the right to set their own professional fees for these services.
Partnership Structure:
- Independent Professional Status: No employment relationship; lawyers operate as independent legal service providers.
- Professional Discretion: Acceptance of client matters is at the lawyer's discretion based on availability and practice focus.
- Client Introduction: WILLIT facilitates direct introduction of qualified member clients seeking estate-related legal services.
- Ethical Alignment : All services must be performed in accordance with applicable Law Society Rules of Professional Conduct.
Ideal Candidates:
- A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of a Canadian Province
- Demonstrated experience or willing to expand into Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Probate, and related advisory services.
- Authorized and qualified to provide notarial services and to execute Affidavits of Execution.
- Committed to excellence in client service, legal precision, and ethical practice.
