Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily restoration operations, ensure all projects meet quality standards and KPIs. Responsibilities include managing a team of project managers, optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with safety and company standards, and developing strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, Operations Management, and Process Optimization
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in construction and restoration projects an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
