Data Analysis \& Insights
- Work with our qualitative and quantitative HR data to provide insights back to senior leadership in the business to drive employee development.
- Compiling secondary research when requested to support strategic decision making.
A.I. \& Technology Support
- Working with the HR team and data scientists to provide documentation, instructions and prompts for in-house A.I. tool development.
- Supporting the testing, improvement and launch of in-house A.I. tools that support employee learning and development.
Cross-functional working
- Working between functions to collect information, inform on learning \& development, test concepts, receive feedback and work iteratively on our service delivery.
