As a Deck Refinisher, your primary responsibility is to restore and enhance the appearance and functionality of outdoor decks. You will be tasked with assessing the condition of decks, preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring the overall quality of the refinished product.
**Responsibilities:* 1. *Inspection and Assessment:** Conduct thorough inspections of decks to determine their condition and identify any repairs or refinishing needs.

**Surface Preparation:** Prepare deck surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any damage such as cracks, splinters, or loose boards.

**Finishing Application:** Apply stains, paints, sealants, or other finishes to protect and enhance the appearance of the deck, ensuring even coverage and proper adhesion.

**Equipment Operation:** Operate various tools and equipment such as sanders, pressure washers, paint sprayers, and brushes safely and effectively.

**Safety Compliance:** Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.

**Customer Interaction:** Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and expectations, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

**Qualifications:** - Previous experience in deck refinishing, carpentry, construction, or a related field preferred.
